I’m Ryan — the heart and hands behind RP Films.

Some moments in life change you. For me, it was falling in love, building a family, and realizing how powerful it is to hold onto memories that only grow more meaningful with time. I’m a husband, a dad to a beautiful little girl named Georgia, and someone who believes that the stories we live deserve to be preserved with intention and reverence.

My journey as a filmmaker began long before weddings—capturing road trips with my wife, climbing mountains out west, and documenting the quiet in-between moments that felt like everything. Over time, I saw how film has the ability to hold emotion, to stop time, and to let us feel again what we thought we’d lost to memory. That’s when I knew this work wasn’t just a passion—it was a calling.

Weddings are one of the rare days when every person you love is in one place, celebrating the beginning of your forever. It’s emotional, sacred, and fleeting. Being trusted to preserve that is a responsibility I carry with deep care and respect. My approach is calm, present, and intentional—so you never have to perform for the camera. I want you to live your day fully, knowing that every laugh, tear, and quiet touch is being carefully protected.

For my couples, I’m more than someone holding a camera—I’m a steady presence, an advocate, and a storyteller who is invested in honoring your story with the same heart I would want for my own. When you work with me, you’re not just getting a wedding film—you’re receiving a handcrafted piece of legacy created with empathy, artistry, and genuine connection.

If you’re looking for a filmmaker who will show up with his whole heart, who will listen deeply, and who will make you feel seen and supported, and who will create something that lets you relive your wedding for the rest of your life—I would be honored to tell your story.

This is more than a film. It’s your legacy.

Let’s create something unforgettable.
